Flying J has designed and developed strong customer loyalty programs by meeting the needs of multiple segments of the highway's marketplace. Professional drivers may apply for Frequent Fueler membership, RV travelers may become members of Flying J's RV Real Value Club while local residents and the general public may choose a Flying J Rewards membership/discount card.

Depending upon the program, members have numerous opportunities to receive discounts on fuel and/or receive valuable membership points redeemable for a variety of items on the Flying J E-Store, meals at Flying J restaurants, and/or lodging at select Flying J locations. Other membership benefits may include free shower privileges, purchase card privileges (debit or credit), periodic merchandise discounts, free Books-on-Tape membership, prepaid calling card privileges, insurance discounts, and more.  See club pages descriptions for details.
