Flying J Inc strives to provide its customers the best products and services in the industry. We have to have your information to be able to do market research and analysis of your needs. This process helps us to deliver great products and services to you. We typically use your information for the following reasons:

We claim no responsibilities, for third-party website links on our site. We do not have any influence or governance over third-party websites. Flying J Inc works very hard to create a brand online as well as off line. Please contact us first to ask about using our logos, branding images or texts, before you do so. We do not give permission for any material from our site to be replicated without authorization. This website is designed, created, owned and maintained by Flying J Inc, We encourage our web users to not be confused by other sites that may show our logo and name, or the variation of them as part of their own marketing efforts and branding strategies.

Protecting the confidentially of our Visitors is critical to the Flying J organization. We implement various methods to maintain the confidentiality and security of our visitor’s information.  We abide by the highest technical, administrative and physical means to ensure that your information is never misused or comprised. At Flying J Inc, in coinciding with other measures, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL), to secure the transactions that occur on our website. This site is created and maintained by Flying J Inc. employees. Flying J Inc’s has a corporate office in Ogden, Utah. Flying J Inc. can not take a responsibility for information that maybe deemed as inappropriate in accordance with each regional website law. Flying J Inc. understands that each individual accessing this website from their location, is acting to their own initiative, and is in agreement with their local laws.

If you would like to unsubscribe from any single or multiple products or offers you are currently receiving from us, please contact that appropriate department. A. "Conditional Use" of logos and links.

Flying J Inc. has developed "Conditional Use” of logos and links policy, for enterprises or individuals entities who wish to show their support for Flying J Inc. and its products and services by displaying Flying J Inc. logo or link in the user interface of a website. The "Conditional Use" of logos and links may only be used with a specified written permission from Flying J Inc. under the following conditions:

• The use must not be detrimental, i.e., harmful or damaging to the value of any of Flying J Inc, or to Flying J Inc brand integrity, reputation or goodwill, as determined by Flying J Inc. in its sole discretion;

• The "Conditional Use" of logo or link must be a "clickable" link that leads directly to http://www.Flyingj.com

• If the website has password-protected areas, the "Conditional Use" of logos or links must be placed only in areas that are not password-protected.

• If used in an application, the application must be able to connect directly to the Flying J Inc. website.

• The limited license given herein does not include the right to use any Flying J Inc. "Conditional Use" of logos, links or any other Flying J Inc. subsidiary companies logo as a trademark to promote your own products or services. For example, Flying J Inc. logo should not be used on any product packaging or documentation. Any such use must be expressly authorized by Flying J Inc. in a signed, written agreement.

B. How to use Flying J Inc. logos and links:

Flying J Inc. would like to encourage the use of the predefined dimensions of their logos.  However, we at Flying J Inc. understand that each website has its own requirements and style therefore we allow the adjustments of the size of the logo dimensions that are made PROPORTIONALLY. Under no circumstance do we allow modification of the design, adding or deleting any words, or changing any colors when using a Flying J Inc. "Conditional Use" logo’s that are provided to you with good faith.

Flying J Inc. reserves the right to revoke the “Conditional Use” authorization at any time upon sole discretion. Upon revocation of this authorization by Flying J Inc., it is the responsibility of your enterprise or you as single entity to immediately cease using any and all Flying J Inc, "Conditional Use" logos and links. If you do not immediately cease using all Flying J Inc. "Conditional Use" logos upon revocation by Flying J Inc. Flying J Inc. has the right to take necessary course of action it deems appropriate to protect its rights and interests.

D. Damaging Use.

The Flying J Inc. logo or link may not be used in a manner or with respect to products that will decrease the value of Flying J Inc. or otherwise impair or damage Flying J Inc.'s brand integrity, reputation or goodwill, including (without limitation) use in a manner that is unethical, offensive, disparaging, defamatory, illegal or in bad taste.
