Attention current TOURewards customers!
With input from both our customers and employees we are making some exciting changes to the Flying J TOURewards customer loyalty program. Instead of using your TOURewards card to earn points for fueling you can now use a Flying J Frequent Fueler card. Now when taking your guests into the restaurant just identify yourself as the bus driver and/or tour guide and the restaurant will provide you a free meal ($15 value). No longer will you need to scan your TOURewards card to earn your meal discount points nor will you need to use your card to redeem those points for your meal. With these changes we hoped to have simplified your restaurant transaction with us. These changes will take effect December 31st, 2009. At that point TOURewards card will no longer be active.
We realize many of you have both TOURewards points and meal credit balances on your card. We will move those credits to your Frequent Fueler account effective January 1st. These points will be mailed and redeemed according to our Frequent Fueler guidelines. If you don’t have a Frequent Fueler account we will automatically create one for you and add the points and credits to your card in the form of Frequent Fueler points. A new card will be sent to you in the mail before your TOURewards card is inactivated. You may also begin using your new or existing Frequent Fueler account right away. If you have lost your Frequent Fueler card, or if its worn out, there are three ways to get a new card; 1) Register your card online at www.flyingj.com/loyaltyonline, 2) Order one yourself at a Driver’s Services kiosk and request a replacement card, or 3) Call our Frequent Fueler department during standard business hours at 888-438-3537.
We value you as a dedicated and loyal customer over these many years. We are always looking at new ways to improve our loyalty programs to continue to earn your valuable business. We hope these changes make doing business at Flying J a little easier now and in the future.
