• Restaurant & merchandise alerts via e-mail for special benefits when presenting your Rewards card with meal purchase(s).
• Monthly promotions and/or periodic electronic drawings for promotional prizes and awards.

• Crisis updates - In the event of a crisis due to changing world conditions, e-benefits will keep you advised of critical fuel pricing and product availably.   

How do you receive your discounts?

Rewards discounts are processed automatically to ensure accuracy and credibility.  To receive these discounts, Rewards customers must adhere to the following procedures*. 
For faster service, use Flying J's automated Express Pay Cardreader system at the fuel island!

If paying by cash:

1. Insert your Rewards card into the cardreader
   before fueling
2. Pump your fuel
3. Pay cashier at the fuel desk

If paying by credit card:

1. Insert your credit card when prompted
2. Insert your Rewards card into the cardreader
   when prompted before fueling
3. Pump your fuel
4. At most locations receive fuel receipt from cashier

Your discount will be processed automatically.
If not using Flying J's automated Express Pay Cardreader system simply present your Rewards card to the fuel desk cashier at the point of purchase.

* Remember, this Rewards discount system is fully automated. Failure to insert your Rewards card into the cardreader before pumping your fuel at the fuel island; or failure to present your Rewards card to the fuel desk cashier when not using the cardreader will result in forfeiture of your Rewards discount(s) for that transaction. Discounts will be granted unless prohibited by law.

PLEASE NOTE: Current Rewards members need not re-apply. All new benefits of the Rewards Club are automatically applied to your current card.

Rewards Rules and Regulations

1. Rewards offer good at any participating Flying J property, convenience store, restaurant, and fast food facility throughout the United States.
2. No purchase necessary to receive a Flying J Rewards card.
3. Each participant in the program is issued a membership
card with an assigned 12 digit identification number.
4. Rewards participants may request additional family membership cards with the same card number to combine restaurant and merchandise purchases in order to increase discount level per Rewards rate schedule.
5. Rewards card must be inserted into Flying J's Express Pay Cardreader or presented to a Flying J cashier with each transaction. Failure to present or use membership card
as described will result in the loss of discounts for that
particular purchase.
6. Rewards monthly fuel discount level is determined by prior months restaurant and merchandise purchases (refer to Rewards discount schedule).
7. Restaurant and merchandise purchases are recorded net of taxes and other items otherwise controlled by law.
8. Rewards gasoline discounts will be applied up to 100 gallons per month and diesel discounts will be applied up to 300 gallons per month.
9. Flying J reserves the right to modify, amend, or terminate
the Rewards program at any time at its sole discretion.
10. Flying J reserves the right to audit all purchases and has the right to withhold the awarding of discounts received through fraud, deception, or forgery.

*Due to certain New Jersey (56: 6-3 of the New Jersey Statutes) and Wisconsin state regulations, we are unable to administer the Rewards Club or RV Real Value Club fuel discounts for fuel purchased at our Carneys Point (NJ), Oak Creek (WI), and Black River Falls (WI) Travel Plazas.
