We are interested in your property
if it meets the following requirements:
- Property must be located on an Interstate System
or Major State Highway.
- Property must be at least 6 acres.
- Property must be the first after exiting the off
ramp.
- Property must have excellent visibility and access.
- Property must be at least 200 miles from the nearest
Flying J Travel Plaza, if traffic flows come from
same roads, refer to our location
information page.
- Traffic counts on the roads adjacent to the property must total at least 35,000 ADT(Average # of vehicles per day), with at least 4,500 of the vehicles being interstate truck traffic
If your property meets these
requirements, you should fill out the accompanying Site
Evaluation Form and send it to us by mail along
with a good map showing how the property fits with the
roads and access points. A good aerial photograph
of the property showing how it fits in relation to the
off ramp is also desired, if available.
