to grow its oil and gas reserves and production through a combined
acquisition and drilling program.
Acquisitions:
The company’s historical growth has occurred through a series of Rocky Mountain oil
and gas property acquisitions. Flying J continues to search out new acquisition opportunities
in the Rocky Mountain area and intends to broaden its target acquisitions to properties which will
